Mood can fluctuate, however at times it can seem difficult to get oneself back to a place of stability. Gain assistance with Depression, Bipolar Disorder or general mood decline.
Anxiety Disorders
Help is available for generalised anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder and single incident PTSD.
Stress & burnout
Life places many demands on a person and at times it is difficult to maintain life balance, leading to increased stress, feelings of overwhelm, sleep difficulties, fatigue and isolation.
Perinatal mental health
Pregancy and becoming a parent brings with it many emotions, life changes and adjustments for both parents. Support during this time can be valuable to navigate through this life phase.
Self-esteem & confidence
Self-esteem is important for mental well-being, influencing how one perceives and values themselves. Recognising one’s worth and building confidence in one’s ability is integral.

Please note that I do not provide couples counselling or provide services for individuals with substance abuse. I do not specialise in forensic or legal matters and do not provide reports for legal or court proceedings or for workers compensation. I also do not appear as a witness for court proceedings.
